Itinerary
Day 1 - Thursday
Arrival at Ataturk Airport.
Transfer to the hotel in Taksim area. On the way – visiting Vefa Boza and tasting Boza drink
Accommodation at the hotel.
Walking tour on Istiklal Street with the guide. First visit at Galata Tower, continue to Istiklal Street, Fish Market and dinner at Zubeyir restaurant. If it possible – meeting with the chef.
Day 2 – Friday
Breakfast at Cihangir region in one of the local cafes serving breakfast.
Visiting Gulluoglu at Karakoy by walking.
Cross Galata Bridge and visit Spice Market. Buy spices, taste cheese, Turkish Delight etc. with your guide.
Lunch at Seyhmuz Kebab restaurant
Continue the program at Sultanahmet. Visit of Blue Mosque and St. Sophia.
Around 18-00 o’clock we will return back at hotel by public transportation.
Dinner at Meze by Lemon Tree Restaurant. Small restaurant opposite the Pera Palas Hotel serving beautifully prepared mezes in well-decorated surroundings.
Day 3 – Saturday
Meeting with Russian speaking guide. Gourmet breakfast at Rumeli Fortress.
Cross Bosphorus by local ferry from Besiktas. Arrive at Kadikoy region and visit local market, coffee-houses, lunch at Ciya. If it possible – meeting with the Chef at Ciya.
After lunch return back to European side by local ferry and then finucular from Kabatas to Taksim.
Meet with the chef from Cooking School and continue for shopping at fish market for cooking class.
Cooking Class and dinner at Istanbul Cooking School or similar.
Day 4 - Sunday
Free time in the morning
Transfer to the airport.
